Shipping

The majority of products in our SHOP are printed on demand. Whereas production times can vary according to stock and demand, in 95% of cases, production is completed in 2-5 business days.

Once you have provided a delivery address at checkout, an estimated delivery time will also be provided. Depending on where you are in the world, delivery can take approximately 1-8 days. Please be mindful that, as our products are printed on demand, next-day or faster delivery is unavailable.

We offer free shipping for a total cart value of $60 (or equivalent EU / AUD / GBP regions only).

Flat rate shipping applies and is calculated at checkout for all other orders. It is calculated based on the size/weight of the order shipped and the amount. A single t-shirt, for example, ships for $4.69 in the US, and each additional t-shirt costs $2.20. Worldwide orders (outside North America, EU, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, and Brazil) cost $11.99 for a single t-shirt and $6.00 per additional t-shirt.

Bulkier products, such as wall art, cost a bit more.

To receive an estimate of your delivery date and shipping costs, view your cart from the top-level menu or the links on our shop pages. You can easily make changes to see revised shipping costs or add more items to qualify for free shipping.

Order Tracking

For most orders, your order tracking numbers will be added to your emails for shipping confirmation. Please note that tracking numbers are only available once the carrier has picked up the parcel, not before, during production, or printing on demand.

TRVST's SHOP and Your Account

Your TRVST account allows you to bookmark posts, save quotes, and add awareness days to your calendar. Our shop runs separately, and you can't currently track your orders or update your details via your account. We're working on integrating the two, so this is temporary.

As such, all order tracking for the SHOP is provided in emails we send to update you on the status of your order. If you have any queries or concerns, contact us to check in, and we'll be sure to help as soon as possible.

Do I need to give a phone number?

At checkout, we ask you to provide a phone number that will be appended to your order. It's not compulsory, but it does help if the carrier needs to reach you for any reason, and can help ensure your item is delivered the first time. We don't use it in any way other than to process your order.

Returns

We genuinely hope you love your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied and want to return your order, please let us know as soon as possible within 30 days of receipt of the goods.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it, and you must have notified us within 30 days of receipt of the goods.

We don't cover return postage, and the return address will be provided with your order (it can vary depending on which fulfillment center it came from). If you're unsure or have any queries, do reach out; we'll help as soon as possible.

If a product is lost in the post or defective in any way, please let us know within 30 days of the order date when you are sure there's been a problem. We'll replace it as soon as possible or refund your order in full.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also email you to let you know whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method. Refunds can take 3-7 days and sometimes up to 14 days to process - this is a limitation of card providers rather than TRVST.
