Roxi Jahanshahi is programme manager at You Make It, a London based employability programme with a creative and inspiring approach enabling young women to access tools, networks, experiences and the confidence to transform their lives through personal empowerment. Previously, Roxi have worked with Young Foundation, London Youth and Inspire.
She says “ I’ve always been passionate about creative projects that inspire social change, and felt like I’d stumbled on a hidden treasure when I found You Make It. There’s something really special about empowering women to recognise and achieve their potential and I’m really excited to make sure that all our women have a unique and fulfilling journey.”
