Justin has been instrumental in helping to develop the economic aspects of TRVST’s theory of change. He brings to TRVST a unique blend of economic insight, corporate experience and understanding of the opportunities and challenges of online platform development.
Alongside his advisory role at TRVST he works as a Platform Value Architect at Launchworks, specialising in platform economics and pricing.
Prior to joining Launchworks, Justin worked for seven years at American Express on a range of economics, regulatory, pricing and strategic issues. Previously Justin was an economic consultant with LECG Europe (now Compass Lexicon/FTI) and worked at the New Zealand Treasury on public policy initiatives.
His areas of expertise include regulatory economics, pricing and value development for multisided platforms, economic analysis of business strategies, as well as institutional design and regulatory advice.
