Rob Stephenson is the founder of Inside Out and Mind Cycle Tour, both tackling the stigma around mental-ill health. Rob is the founding Director of Maven Partners, a successful international executive search boutique. Over the last 10 years, he has became a competitive cyclist competing as a Category 2 road racer and time triallist and started a family with 2 young children (7 and 4 years old).
