Melanie Knight is CEO of Deki, a microfinance organisation delivering microloans to entrepreneurs in developing countries, enabling these entrepreneurs to start or develop a business and work themselves out of poverty. Melanie has a passion for all things digital, especially marketing and fundraising. After 20 years of experience in the private sector, she moved to the charitable sector in 2011 as Director for Income Generation at The Churches Conservation Trust, then to the Soil Association in 2014 and to Deki in 2016 as CEO.
