Asma is founder and CEO of You Make It, a London based employability programme with a creative and inspiring approach enabling young women to access tools, networks, experiences and the confidence to transform their lives through personal empowerment. Asma is passionate about partnerships and ensuring the positive, genuine social impact of You Make It continue to grows.
Asma is also a trustee for the Arts Council NPO, People’s Palace Projects – producers of collaborative arts projects in the UK and Brazil which promote social change, and also Oxford House, a Bethnal Green Heritage, Community and Arts venue.
